3、 The structural composition and technical parameters of each component of the instrument
The instrument consists of a high-pressure regulating system, a low-pressure regulating system, a core gripper, a flow meter, a pressure measurement system, valves and pipelines, etc.
1. High pressure regulating system
Composed of a high-pressure regulating valve, the inlet pressure of the regulating valve is 20MPa, and the outlet pressure can be adjusted from 0 to 10MPa.
The adjusted pressure value can be displayed on the precision pressure gauge behind the valve.
2. Low pressure regulating system
It consists of a low-pressure regulating valve and a low-pressure gauge. The inlet pressure of the low-pressure regulating valve is less than 1.2 MPa, and the outlet pressure can be adjusted from 0 to 0.8 MPa.
The adjusted pressure value can be displayed by a low-pressure precision pressure gauge.
3. Core clamp

4. Gas flowmeter
Install three sets of gas flow meters with different ranges at the core outlet, and select them according to the flow rate during the experiment.

5. Pressure measurement
The test pressure is measured using precision pressure gauges with ranges of 1MPa and 10MPa, while the ring pressure is measured using a pressure gauge with a range of 10MPa.
6. Valve and pipeline processes
Using a Φ 3 × 0.5mm stainless steel pipeline and DW3 high-pressure needle valve to connect the pipeline process, with a pressure resistance of 20MPa
